About me
An average person trying to get in shape that I always wanted. Bulking up vs having a six pack has always been my debate and I have never achieved either. Maybe because I have always prioritized other things, like school, work, family, etc. Don’t get me wrong, I probably would still do the same. BUT, I feel like time is moving too fast and I better achieve this goal of mine as well.
Oh and not too unrelated to this, I have a big travel planned in 3 months (less than) so that’s acting as extra motivator too 🙂
This blog will be used for me to post my daily activities and/or nutritional intake. I’m not an expert so we’ll find out together if they work or not. If you want to share your thoughts or journey with me, be my guest.
