Fat vs Sugar
I just want to start a conversation here. I’ve been doing a lot of reading lately on nutrition and as much as lots of the science is too technical for me to comprehend. I’m believing one thing: fat is not an issue (well most fat other than trans fat) and sugar is the actual culprit….
