Hmm Ice Cream

First things first, as promised yesterday, here’s the scale results from yesterday.

On the good side, I am achieving my goal of 200 lbs. On the not-so-great side, my body fat is the one that’s going up. I mean WTH. I won’t ever have a 6-pack this way!

Scale Results

Moving on, today was better than yesterday in terms of food and workout.

Nutrition: breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, 2 toasts, some mayo and catchup and 1.5 hash brown (not so proud of this last one but I’m a sucker for hash browns). For lunch, had some Persian food that’s mix of white rice, beef chunks and lentils. And had sushi for dinner. As for snacks, had a protein shake in the am, some tangerine orange, two pieces of dark chocolate, black coffee and pop-corn.

Workout: started by some weighted (@25lbs) decline crunches then moved on to, 10×10 @105lbs squats (borrowed this from the German volume training), 3×5 @170lbs bench press and 1×5 @260lbs deadlift (with two warm-up sets). The reason behind the 10×10 is that I want to throw some legs volume training in the mix.
